之前申请了十年签证，但是今年也递交了L1A签证，不幸拒签了，签证申请时直接交到美国移民局的，拒签信也是移民局发出的。现在要更新EVUS系统，拒签记录那一项，拒签地点应该写哪儿呢？驻华使馆还是美国移民局？

你好，你的情况是移民申请被拒了，不是签证拒签，你的申请还没到签证那一步。所以，evus是否申请签证被拒签的那一项选择“否”就可以了。

上一篇：一起提交了三个人Evus登记，签证都是一起新签的，EVUS也是第一次注册，紧接着就收到这个信，登入查看还是显示已登记，要8月底才去美国，这个是什么情况，求指点！ATTENTION! The enrollment submitted on 2017-07-06 03:18:00.387 via EVUS will expire within the next 30 days. It is not possible to extend or renew a current EVUS enrollment. You will need to enroll for a new EVUS. Please reenroll at https://www.evus.gov if travel to the United States is intended in the near future. If there are 30 or more days left on the old enrollment you will receive a warning message during the enrollment and be asked if you wish to proceed.
